What would you be doing?

This position is a new role that is accountable for the Regional visibility of financial KPI’s for EMEA Fashion & Home Product maximising revenue and profit opportunities in NPD across the Region.

You would be accountable for providing Global & Regional Leadership teams with accurate, timely and informed analysis of EMEA F&H performance and opportunities, and for delivery of the Financial Product Development Plan for the Regional Fashion & Home Product strategy across EMEA, seasonally, annually and long term to meet Clusters growth aspirations

The position is responsible for aggregating all market cluster assortments and rolling it up to a regional package to support the central placement of purchase orders.

There will be limited travel to Avon’s suppliers and market clusters to analyze vendor performance, capabilities in order to meet financial targets and market assessments.

What experience would you need?

 Degree level education preferably in Business, Finance,
 5+ Years merchandising experience within F&H
 People Management experience
 Detailed knowledge of market trends and competitor strategies and strong product knowledge in order to feed into strategies and develop regional product ranges.
 Commercial & Strategic - Ability to create robust regional strategies to support cluster requirements.
 In depth knowledge of the planning and trading complexities within the business and externally.
 Strong numerical and analytical profile to optimize trading performance.
 Strong influencer to work within complex matrix, Needs to have a dynamic and enthusiastic presence and be able to influence others, and get his/her point across in a clear, effective way.
 Open to travel.
